My name is Robert Cannellos, and after 7 years with Garcia Stromberg architecture in Stuart / Boca Raton as Director of Sustainable Programs, I have recently launched a green consulting company called Studio Zero Environmental Solutions based in Stuart Florida. My intent is to advise / assist architects, engineers, developers, contractors, property owners and governments on setting green standards for their businesses, governments (etc.), as well as provide LEED certification education, guidance, scheduling, LEED AP training, public speaking, etc. I am currently working with (3) cities and (3) counties to assist in "greening" their government operations, writing green resolutions and ordinances, etc. I am currently consulting with various projects seeking LEED certification, For the LEED aspect, I sponsor design charrettes, organize integrated design teams, assign and track LEED and FGBC points, schedule milestones and goals for distribution, coordination and submitting templates and paperwork to the team, and also to the USGBC for final certification.
